Service Scope
We provide logistics, delivery, e-commerce integration, fulfillment, and storage services within Pakistan. The scope of service will depend on the type of agreement, service plan, or contract you enter into with us.
User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date business and shipment information.
- Comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
- Refrain from shipping prohibited or restricted items (e.g., illegal substances, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods).
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided (such as “overnight” or “same-day”) are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. External factors (such as weather, traffic, or law enforcement activity) may affect timelines.
Payment Terms
All invoices are payable according to the payment terms defined in your agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in late fees, suspension of services, or termination.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We handle COD services with care and transparency. However, NextStep is not liable for customer refusal to pay upon delivery. In such cases, goods will be returned to the sender, and return charges may apply.
Liability Limitations
NextStep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In case of parcel loss or damage, compensation may be limited to the value declared at the time of booking and subject to our claims policy.
Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Services.
Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, website content, and service interfaces are the property of NextStep and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
